SharePoint 2007 and 2010 Integration

I would like to integrate Clockwork with SharePoint. This might include:
1) SharePoint Solution Package script to deploy Clockwork as a web app in the _layouts folder
2) Code to connect to SharePoint via the object model or web services and read and write to SharePoint lists and libraries
3) Code to target 2010 via Client Object Model or Linq to SharePoint
4) Converting the Clockwork widgets into Web Parts so they can be used in a portal

Skills Required:
1) Knowledge of SharePoint 2007
2) SharePoint Feature and Solution Packaging or tools that do that like WSPBuilder or VS Extensions

Time Commitment: Depends on what we decide to do
